Monthly Archives: December 2016

Season’s greetings and our opening times

The year has rolled around once more and we again thank you for being our customer. KoolKat Quilting will be working up until Christmas but we would prefer not to mail any quilts in the week before Christmas (starting Monday 19th).  We will be closed over the Christmas – New Year break and expect to recommence Jan 11th.  Any parcels sent to us before then will be held at P.O. Box 18, and we will check the mail before Jan 11. Due to rising postage costs, any correspondence including machine quilting vouchers will be by email only, so if you are not sure if we have your current email address, please let us know. Have a safe and enjoyable break, and we look forward to hearing from you in 2017.

The best Christmas present for machine quilters…

Always nice to get these kinds of messages….

Geoff and Kathy,

I have been very remiss in not contacting you before this to say a very big thank you for the quilting on my Eye Spy quilt for a friend’s grandchild. The ‘ meander’ was a perfect foil for the busy front and the charcoal thread proved suitable even for the sea foam batik I could not resist for the backing. The ‘meander’ on it looks like a long sea snake frolicking in the waves!

The turn around time for the quilting was remarkable. It arrived back on my door step by post on Friday lunchtime, even though I had only delivered it to Geoff on Wednesday lunchtime. Thank you very muchly!

Merry Christmas to you both.

Regards,

Marg
