Changes to Terms and Conditions

A couple of things to take note of:

1. For reasons of location, we may cease the drop and pick up facility. This will mean there will be no drop off box, but we may consider a collection only if circumstances require it.

Our preference is to move from a consultation/drop off area to being on-line only. Our new street address will not be on our letterhead for example. If you are a first -timer, you get just one chance to meet us face to face, and we require a specific time. You don’t for example, expect to say “I’ll be there sometime in the morning “ to your doctor or accountant, and expect that appointment to hold. We’re busy people, and often plan down to the minute. We ask only you extend this courtesy in return.

Summarising that, your responsibility is to specify a particular time and keep that appointment. We will not answer a knock at the door without this. We are not a shop,we are a factory, just to be clear.

2. If we judge that all of the quilts arrive at different times, and they could arrived together, we will charge for that repeat posting. You can avoid this by ensuring items arrive together in ONE parcel, even using tape to strap two parcels together- this is why we do it, it is cheaper for one thing. Similarly if you send a quilt separate to the order you intend, it is actually a hindrance rather than a help. To avoid this is to say, hold the other 1-2, there is one or however many more to come, we will hold the order until we get all of them.

Once again if we judge you could acted to ensure these could been sent at the same time AND in the same parcel, we will charge for that second posting.

To put it simply, one get one free delivery not two for an order that should have come together.

3. We are now charging what we are entitled to charge for fees on credit cards. To avoid this you should be using bank, or EFT transfer.
