This purple quilt was made by Janell from Quilpie and is being quilted with the techno e2e machine quilting pattern in a purple thread.

The first quilt comes from Marty at Warrnambool in Victoria and is being quilted with the budget meander e2e machine quilting pattern.  Marty is also taking advantage of the KoolKat complete binding service, which will give her a completed quilt.  The cot quilt has been made by Kat and will be one of several quilts for sale at Laidley Quilting and Craft Fair starting this Thursday.  Look out for Kat’s Kool Kreations in the Uniting Church Hall in Patrick Street.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of World War 1, or as it was known, The Great War.  Denise from Toowoomba brought us this quilt for which she chose the sun scallops e2e machine quilting pattern.  The pattern is reminiscent of the circle of bayonets motif associated with Anzac (often misunderstood as a rising sun).

The budget meandering leaves e2e pattern was chosen by Val from Toowoomba for her friend’s quilt.

This scrap quilt made by Kathy from KoolKat will be available for sale from the KoolKat stall at the Handmade Expo and other venues during the year.  It is being quilted with the circles and line e2e machine quilting pattern.

This bargello quilt was made by Bronwyn from Blue Mountain Heights and is being quilted with the I love it trailing hearts pattern.

Glenda from Mt Rascal brought this queen size quilt today which is being quilted with the circles and lines e2e machine quilting pattern in a grey thread.

The first quilt is a cot quilt made by Claire from Gatton and it is being quilted with the clouds e2e machine quilting pattern.  The next 2 quilts were made by Esther from Toowoomba for her great-granddaughters, and they are being quilted with the budget I love it trailing hearts pattern.

These two quilts were made by Kathy from Wilsonton in Toowoomba.  Kathy chose the budget deb’s swirls for the blue quilt and meandering leaves for the second quilt.
