KoolKat quilt patterns

For over a decade, Kat Adams of KoolKat Quilting designed quilt patterns which we sold via several quilt shops and on line suppliers.

We have since ceased manufacturing and selling of KoolKat patterns and sold what remained of our printed stock to Keep Quilting in Victoria.

We were later asked to supply pdf files of our original patterns so that Keep Quilting could continue to print patterns from our files under a royalty agreement.

KoolKat is no longer printing any of our patterns and the responsibility for the quality of patterns purchased from Keep Quilting is that of Keep Quilting.

Please contact Keep Quilting regarding any perceived issues with quality of printing.

Back at work

Koolkat is now back in the studio after our annual road trip in our caravan. Thank you for your patience while we have been away this month..

Giraffe Hide e2e pattern on machinery quilt

An interesting use of the Giraffe Hide e2e pattern chosen by Kerry from Warwick for her Caterpillar earthmoving machinery panel quilt.

KoolKat quilting studio times in June

Please note the KoolKat quilting studio will close Monday May 30 and re-open Monday June 27.

Our PO Box and quilt drop-off box will be monitored during this period should you wish to send a quilt.

Kat’s Kool Kreations quilts at Anzac day feature in Crow’s Nest.

Kat’s Kool Kreations has produced six panels as part of a display to commemorate Anzac day this year at the Crow’s Nest Community Arts and Crafts Centre. The sun scallops e2e pattern is being used which complements the rising sun symbol.

KoolKat closed in June

Please note KoolKat will take a break during 1-30 June this year. Our box will be checked during this time, and any quilts that arrive held for quilting in July.

Counting sheep e2e machine quilting pattern

This is the counting sheep e2e pattern being used on a cot quilt made by Anne-Maree near Yaraka in Qld.

Please note that KoolKat no longer has in-person consultations or visits to our studio. This is a permanent change, and thank you to those who have respected this by using our quilt drop off and collection boxes on our front verandah.

Just a reminder to please include a quilt order form with each quilt, and if sending more than one quilt, to ensure these are tied or placed in separate parcels.

Should there be a exceptional reason to see us in person, please note you must make an appointment first – we do not see walk in visitors – we may not be here as we do not have staff.
